BEYOND YOUR WILDEST DREAMS 8TH ANNUAL AA WOMENS RETREAT

Saturday, April 26th and 27th,
Saturday Start Time:  9am

Sunday Start Time:  11am 

 

Where

The morning meetings will start on 30th Street Beach, Avalon, NJ (If raining: Meet at Maris Stella Church Auditorium, 5012 Dune Drive, Avalon, New Jersey)

 

Weather Permitting we will stay on Beach for the second meeting or go to Church.  

 

What to Bring

Please bring a beach chair chair and/or blanket to sit. Bring food to share for the “potluck lunch” on Saturday.  And a small donation for the 7th Tradition basket that will be passed at the meetings.

We do not have any formal plans, and having a great friend at the beach is always nice...for those who need to stay we can offer the following suggestions:

Rates:  $69 to $119, Ask for Stephanie tell her that you are with the Spiritual Retreat Weekend, she will waive the $20 a night fee for less then a 4 day stay.  Sleeps 4-8

There are 3 - 4 rooms left and one apartment.

 

Windrift Hotel and Golden Inn Hotel, rates approx. $160 to  $270 per night, small amount of rooms left at each hotel.

10:15 Beach Meeting or leave for the church

11:45 to 1:00 lunch

3:30   Group activity:  Walking or movement                                      meditation, weather dependent

5:30   Cape May Court House Diner    

7:30   AA Skit..."The Committee Inside Bob's Head"

Volunteers needed...very funny, sign up at Lunch 

8:45   Clean up

9:00   Mediation or group conscious pray in bed!!!

11:00 Beach meeting, weather permitting

12:30 Lunch

1:30   Final Speakers 

2:30   Clean up and go play at the beach!
